Retour au fil d'actualité

The Zurich Airport is taking over responsibility for providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility from 2025. This service is free of charge and is funded by a solidarity contribution of one Swiss franc per passenger within the airport fees. Around 120 employees of the company Goldair AAS Assistance, who have been providing the service until now, will be taken over by the airport. This will enable the service to be better managed and optimally integrated with other services at Zurich Airport Kloten. It is estimated that around a quarter of a million people will need to be assisted due to reduced mobility this year, which is approximately one percent of all passengers. People with disabilities or those who are limited in their mobility due to age are entitled to this service.nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
