Switzerland Supports Israeli Investigators in Victim Identification

The Swiss government has announced that it will be sending 10-20 experts to Israel in the coming days to assist with the identification of victims of the recent terror attacks. The experts, who will be sent by the Federal Office of Police and the National Team for Disaster Victim Identification, will be tasked with identifying victims based on fingerprints, DNA, or other unique characteristics. The Swiss government has responded to Israel's request for assistance in this matter, and the experts are currently in contact with the cantonal police to prepare for their deployment. This support from the Swiss government is intended to help the Israeli authorities in their efforts to identify the victims of the attacks.
