Civic Zuger Council of States Duo Re-elected

Peter Hegglin and Matthias Michel, both members of the Zuger Ständerat, have been re-elected for another term as expected. The attack from the SVP and the Greens was unsuccessful. Hegglin and Michel have both been members of the Zuger Ständerat since 2011 and have been re-elected for a third term. They have both been praised for their work in the past and are expected to continue to serve the people of Zug in the future. Hegglin is a member of the Swiss People's Party and Michel is a member of the Free Democratic Party. The SVP and the Greens had attempted to challenge their re-election, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Hegglin and Michel will continue to serve the people of Zug for the next four years.
