In the canton of Basel-Stadt, the number of seats in the National Council has decreased from 5 to 4. As a result, no party has gained any seats, and the Social Democratic Party (SP) has lost one. The results of the National Council elections in the canton of Basel-Stadt in 2023 are as follows: 4 seats were available, one less than in 2019. No party has gained any seats, and the SP has lost one.
