IOC rejects Switzerland’s 2030 Winter Olympic bid

The IOC leadership proposes France as the host for the 2030 Winter Games. The next edition of the Winter Olympic spectacle is to take place in the USA in 2034, with Switzerland receiving preferential rights for 2038. This was recommended by the Olympic Committee in Paris on Wednesday.
