The "Bote der Urschweiz" is getting a new editor-in-chief. Dominik Jordan will head the editorial team at Schwyz's largest daily newspaper from March 2024 and join the management of Bote der Urschweiz AG.
Jordan will succeed Flurina Valsecchi, who left the newspaper in the summer. In a press release on Friday, the 36-year-old Jordan is described as an experienced journalist and a good connoisseur of Central Switzerland. He has been head of the cantonal department at the "Luzerner Zeitung" since 2020.
As the current editorial director Christoph Clavadetscher is also relinquishing management responsibility, a new team will take over the management of the editorial team, the press release stated. This team includes long-standing employees with a regional background. They are Robert Betschart, Nadine Annen and Laura Inderbitzin.
