Rail traffic between Switzerland and Germany came to a standstill on Saturday morning due to the onset of winter: The route to Munich was interrupted and traffic to Stuttgart was restricted, according to SBB.
On the line from Zurich via St. Margrethen SG to Munich, there was no train service from St. Margrethen on Saturday morning, according to SBB. Rail traffic from Zurich via Schaffhausen to Stuttgart was therefore restricted from Schaffhausen.
