Dead person found in fire in Seengen AG

One person was found dead in a fire in a detached house in Seengen AG on Friday morning. The Aargau cantonal police confirmed various media reports.
The report was received by the police shortly after 06.02 a.m., according to an inquiry. The reasons for the fire and the death were not yet clear.
The cantonal road between Seengen and Boniswil was closed for the extinguishing work and traffic was diverted. At 09:00, the fire department was still extinguishing the fire.
