Homeowners’ association elects SVP National Councillor Rutz as president

Zurich SVP National Councillor Gregor Rutz is the new President of the Swiss Homeowners' Association (HEV). The association delegates elected him as the successor to Hans Egloff on Friday in Lugano.
The homeowners' association also announced that the delegates voted in favor of the proposals to amend tenancy law/subletting and to amend tenancy law/termination for personal use, which will be put to the vote on November 24.
