Rail traffic between Glanzenberg and Dietikon ZH interrupted

Rail traffic between Glanzenberg and Dietikon ZH was interrupted at rush hour on Thursday morning. The restriction will last until at least 09:30, SBB announced on Platform X.
As the disruption occurred on the line between Zurich main station and Brugg AG, numerous supra-regional rail connections such as the IC1, IC3, IC5, IC8 and IC 81 as well as several Interregio connections are affected, it was reported.
Delays, cancellations and detour are to be expected. The reason for the restriction is an external event in the form of a personal accident, SBB informed the Keystone-SDA news agency on request.
