Electronic patient dossier for dogs and cats now available

Pet owners can record their pet's vaccinations or x-rays in a new database. The electronic patient dossier for dogs, cats and other animals is called "PHBooklet" and was developed by the Swiss Veterinary Association.
As a digital health dossier, the "PHBooklet" enables pet owners to manage their pets' health data online and access it from anywhere, as the Swiss Veterinary Association writes in a press release on Tuesday.
The electronic health booklet can also be activated by pet owners for veterinary practices of their choice or for other third parties, for example for vacation care. It is operated by PHD AG, a public limited company owned by the Swiss Association for Small Animal Medicine. The data is stored in Switzerland.
