A 47-Year-Old Motorcyclist Dies in Accident in Canton of Vaud.

A 47-year-old motorcyclist died in a tragic accident on Sunday in Mont-la-Ville VD. The Portuguese man, who lived in the Canton of Fribourg, was part of a group of six motorcyclists travelling on the cantonal road between the Vallée de Joux and Mont-la-Ville when the accident occurred. For unknown reasons, the man lost control of his motorcycle in a left-hand curve and veered off the road, crashing first into a rock and then into a traffic signal post. He died at the scene. The Cantonal Police of Waadt reported the incident on Monday and the Public Prosecutor has opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
