Swiss People Are Generally Satisfied With Their Health Insurance

The Swiss are generally satisfied with their health insurance providers. According to a survey conducted by moneyland.ch, the average rating given to health insurance providers was 7.9 out of 10, which is considered "good". The respondents were most satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, the clarity of the billing, and the overall satisfaction. The lowest ratings were given to the price-performance ratio, with younger respondents being more dissatisfied than older ones. The top-rated health insurance providers were Swica (8.4 points), KPT (8.3 points), Helsana and ÖKK (both 8.1 points), while Assura was rated the lowest with 6.9 points. Overall, the Swiss are content with their health insurance providers, with the main criticism being the price-performance ratio.
