All members of the armed forces can now apply for leave online

All members of the armed forces can now submit their leave requests online or ask for their duty to be postponed via the Internet. Next, the army is planning to introduce digital marching orders.
From summer 2023, invitations were gradually sent out to all conscripts to register for the new digital service manager, the army announced on Thursday. It has now been fully available since the end of June.
The service can be accessed via the army website or directly via portal-armee.ch. A former pilot website with the address urlaubsgesuche.ch has reportedly been deactivated in the meantime.
The service manager is to receive further functions in the coming months, it was said. There will now be digital leave passes and marching orders, as well as SBB tickets for members of the armed forces.
