Arosa GR Again with Over One Million Overnight Stays

Arosa Tourismus has announced that the region has achieved a record-breaking 1.16 million guest nights for the 2022/23 season, making it the second highest number of guest nights ever recorded. Despite this, the overall number of guest nights was 6.7% lower than the previous season due to the challenging snow conditions and lack of large events. The mild weather in mid-March also contributed to a significant drop in winter sports visitors. However, Arosa will be hosting the Swiss Snow Sport Happening in 2024, the Swiss Championships for snow sports instructors, which is expected to bring more visitors to the region.
