Basel Tattoo records 80 percent capacity utilization

The Basel Tattoo summer festival recorded an average occupancy rate of 80 percent from July 11 to 19. Around 68,000 spectators attended the event in the arena of the Basel Kaserne, as the organizers announced on Monday on request.
The number of visitors was the same as in previous years, it was said.
In 2024, the Basel Tattoo festival focused entirely on music. And it did so with a lot of pomp and pathos, with little military drill, but with original cocktails of military music and pop. This was well received by the audience, according to the organizers.
