The Zurich public prosecutor's office has decided to question Brian Keller. Certain statements he made in TikTok videos could be interpreted as public incitement to violence.
Brian will be questioned on the matter in mid-March, a spokesperson for the public prosecutor's office confirmed to Keystone-SDA on Monday, as reported by Blick. The presumption of innocence applies. The spokesperson did not answer on Monday which statements were meant.
In the videos, the once most famous prisoner in Switzerland insulted and threatened a competitor. Among other things, he posed with a knife and said he wanted his blood.
The 28-year-old also turned up at the opponent's home, which triggered a police operation. He is also said to have urged other people in a video to injure the opponent. Brian explained that the videos were "trash talk", as is usual in boxing. It was merely advertising for a fight.
