Euroairport Airport closed and terminal evacuated

Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse was closed early on Sunday morning. The terminal was evacuated, as Euroairport announced on its website. A police operation is underway.
Access to the airport was no longer possible since shortly before 6 am. The airport announced further information.
Last October, a whole series of false bomb threats were made at Euroairport. As a result, the airport had to be temporarily evacuated.
