Retour au fil d'actualité

In the Canton of Jura, 34 candidates are running for the two seats in the National Council, the same number as four years ago. The proportion of female candidates is also the same, at 13. The number of electoral lists has remained stable at 17, including two new lists: the GLP and HelvEthica. The number of candidates for a seat in the Council of States has increased to 11 on six lists. This is due to the election of Elisabeth Baume-Schneider (SP) to the Federal Council, with the SP and Mitte parties both putting forward two candidates. The SP candidate Pierre-Alain Fridez is running for a fourth term with special permission, while the current Mitte National Council member Jean-Paul Gschwind is not running again.nnnnnnnnnnnn
