Interruption to SBB line between Romont and Chénens rectified

Rail traffic on the Lausanne-Freiburg line, which was interrupted on Tuesday evening between Romont and Chénens FR, is running again. The overhead line fault was rectified faster than predicted.
Trains have been running again on the line since 6.30 a.m. Wednesday morning, as SBB announced on the short message service X. However, subsequent delays are possible. Travelers are advised to consult the online timetable.
