Jonas Projer has been elected as the new FDP Secretary General

Former "Arena" presenter Jonas Projer is the new Secretary General of the FPD Switzerland. As announced at the end of February, the conference of cantonal party presidents elected him to this position on Thursday.
This was announced by the FDP in the evening. The 42-year-old was elected unanimously. The Zurich native became known to a wide audience through his time as a presenter on SRF television's "Arena". He was later SRF correspondent in Brussels, built up Blick.TV at Ringier and was Editor-in-Chief of "NZZ am Sonntag" for a good two years until 2023. Projer succeeds Jon Fanzun in the General Secretariat.
