Man dies in collision between two trucks in Geneva

A man was killed in Geneva on Monday afternoon when two trucks collided. This is the eleventh fatality on Geneva's roads this year.
This was announced by the Geneva cantonal police in the evening. In the middle of the afternoon, a truck with a long trailer was traveling in Vernier. It drove past a second truck parked on the road. For reasons initially unknown, the trailer collided with the second truck and hit its driver, who was standing on the road. The man died at the scene of the accident. The police are looking for witnesses.
