Mirabaud appoints Lionel Aeschlimann as successor to Yves Mirabaud

There will be changes at the top of the Geneva-based private banking group Mirabaud. The current senior partner Yves Mirabaud is handing over his position to partner Lionel Aeschlimann at the beginning of 2025.

Aeschlimann has been a Managing Partner of the Mirabaud Group since 2011 and is currently also CEO of Mirabaud Asset Management, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.

Yves Mirabaud, who has played a key role in the Group's development as Managing Senior Partner since 2012, will remain a member of the Board of Partners. Mirabaud also chaired the Association of Swiss Private Banks (ASPB) from 2015 to 2021 and the Geneva Financial Center Foundation from 2016 to 2022.

Thiago Frazao will join the Board of Partners as Managing Partner. As of the beginning of 2025, the Mirabaud Group's Board of Partners will therefore consist of Yves Mirabaud, Lionel Aeschlimann, Camille Vial, Nicolas Mirabaud and Thiago Frazao.
