Mobilezone records growth in remanufactured smartphones

The Mobilezone brand Jusit for refurbished smartphones is proving popular with customers. In the first eight months of 2024, around 8 percent of all smartphones sold by Mobilezone were devices under this brand, as Mobilezone announced on Thursday. This result shows the growing demand for sustainable alternatives in the smartphone market.
The devices will be refurbished with original spare parts and tested at the Rotkreuz site in the canton of Zug before being put back on sale. Due to increasing demand, Mobilezone will now make the Jusit offer available in around 100 branches by the end of 2024 and expand the options for purchasing the devices in combination with subscriptions from Swisscom, Wingo, TalkTalk and now Salt.
