Motorcyclist in Canton Vaud Injured in Overtaking Maneuver

A 52-year-old motorcyclist died in an accident on a cantonal road near Aigle VD on Tuesday. The woman was attempting to overtake a tour bus, like her motorcycle companion had done previously, but lost control of her vehicle and crashed to the ground. She died at the scene of the accident, according to the Cantonal Police of Waadt on Wednesday. The prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.
