No planes are currently taking off from Zurich Airport

Aircraft take-offs were stopped at Zurich-Kloten Airport on Friday afternoon until further notice. The number of landings was also reduced by half. The reason is IT problems at Skyguide air traffic control.
According to a skyguide media spokesperson, it was still unclear this afternoon how long the problems would last. The planes would be delayed and landed in stages. The skyguide media spokesperson confirmed reports from various online media.
