Roche-CEO Schinecker earned 2023 total of 9.6 Mio Fr.

Thomas Schinecker, who has been CEO of Roche since March 2023, earned 9.6 million francs last year. By comparison, his predecessor Severin Schwan received total compensation of 11.5 million francs for 2022.
The Roche CEO's salary is well behind that of Novartis CEO Vas Narasimhan. The latter has received a massively improved remuneration package worth a total of 16.2 million francs for 2023.
All members of the Roche Executive Committee together received 34.4 million francs in the reporting year, compared with 37.2 million francs in 2022.
The new Chairman of the Board of Directors, Severin Schwan, earned CHF 4.5 million in 2023 as Chairman of the Board of Directors since April. His predecessor Christoph Franz received a total of CHF 5.9 million for 2022. In 2023, Franz was paid total remuneration of CHF 2.1 million.
