Le conducteur du Pistenbully, grièvement blessé, décède à l'hôpital de Lausanne

Five days after his vehicle fell 400 meters, a snow groomer driver from the ski resort of Les Diablerets VD died in a Lausanne hospital on Saturday. The 35-year-old was thrown out of his vehicle on Monday when he fell down a slope and was seriously injured.
The man succumbed to his injuries at Lausanne University Hospital CHUV, as reported by the Vaud cantonal police on Saturday. It is still unclear why the accident occurred and is being investigated. The accident occurred on the morning of April 22 in the Glacier 3000 ski area.
According to a statement from the Vaud cantonal police at the time, the 35-year-old wanted to drive the snow groomer back to the mountain station. Before entering the shelter, the vehicle tipped to one side and plunged down the slope.
