SVP big winner of the Schwyz parliamentary elections

The SVP has been able to consolidate its supremacy in the parliament of the canton of Schwyz. In the general elections on Sunday, it gained 5 seats to 38. All other parties lost.
The Center Party and FDP lost one seat each and now have 23 and 19 seats respectively. The SP/Greens lost two seats and now have 15, while the GLP lost one seat and, with 5 seats, has just reached parliamentary strength. The Schwyz Cantonal Council has 100 seats.
