Swiss Signa companies receive more time for debt restructuring moratorium

Two Swiss companies of the struggling Signa empire have received a provisional extension of their debt restructuring moratorium. The bankruptcy decision was postponed for Signa Financial Services AG and Signa Real Estate Management Schweiz GmbH.
The District Court of Zurich has granted an extension of the debt-restructuring moratorium until May 31, 2024, as can be seen from two entries published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on Wednesday. The extension begins on March 1.
