Three People Injured in Accident on A3 in St. Johanns Tunnel, Basel

Three people were seriously injured in a car accident on Wednesday evening on the A3 in Basel's St. Johanns Tunnel. The tunnel will remain closed in both directions until Thursday morning at around 05.00. The suspected cause of the accident, a 33-year-old man, was seriously injured in the crash. He collided with a 24-year-old man who was also seriously injured. A 59-year-old passenger in the car that the 33-year-old was trying to overtake was moderately injured.
