The UBS is pushing forward the integration of Credit Suisse, which is likely to involve a significant downsizing of the investment bank. On Monday, the bank is expected to announce further steps in this process, including changes to the leadership of the investment bank, which may involve both UBS and Credit Suisse employees losing their jobs. It is estimated that up to 35,000 jobs could be lost in the merger, with over 10,000 Credit Suisse investment bankers potentially receiving their termination notices. Three of the top UBS executives, Jeff Rose, Jon Levin and Matt Eilers, are reportedly in talks to leave the bank, although these changes have not yet been confirmed.nnnn
