Western Switzerland’s Blick calls for ambitious mobility plan

Switzerland made the "right choice" by voting no to the expansion of the highway network, writes the French-speaking Swiss news portal blick.ch. But the problem remains, and a mobility plan urgently needs to be drawn up to avoid "suffocating" in the end.
"The problem is that Switzerland has no plan for how to deal with it," says blick.ch. He believes that the Confederation is paying for its lack of ability to anticipate problems. Turning the tide will be difficult, above all because of the debt brake, "which today is like a brake on progress", and the Federal Council's financial relief program.
