he Swiss Lotto Jackpot escalates to an astonishing 45.3 million francs as no winners emerge in the latest draw, marking a significant moment in the game’s history since 1970.

The Swiss Lotto Jackpot has escalated to 45.3 million francs as no winners emerged from Wednesday’s draw, marking a significant surge since last year and becoming the second-highest prize since 1970.

Despite the absence of a jackpot winner, the draw produced a millionaire who correctly guessed six numbers, and 19 others received around 8,000 francs each for matching five numbers and the lucky number. The sales surge, driven by the jackpot’s size, has significantly increased participation, with Swisslos noting a quarter more participants than usual.

The largest Swiss Lotto prize remains at 48,598,077 francs from 2014, with the all-time high jackpot at 70 million francs in December 2016.

Swiss Lotto’s odds of winning stand at 1 in 31 million, offering better chances than Euro Millions’ 1 in 136 million, contributing to its appeal and the creation of 1073 millionaires by Swisslos, 868 through the lottery.
