Creditor buys villa from Vincenz for 4 million francs

A villa with a boat mooring owned by Pierin Vincenz was put up for compulsory auction in Mendrisio TI on Thursday for CHF 4 million. The buyer is Swiss entrepreneur Dölf Früh, the former Raiffeisen CEO's creditor.
The estimated value of the villa, the boatyard and the separate apartment in Morcote TI was 4.1 million Swiss francs, as a reporter from the Keystone-SDA news agency discovered on site.
