Swiss economy grows slightly in Q1

The Swiss economy grew only slightly in the first quarter of 2024. Real gross domestic product (GDP) increased by 0.3% compared to the previous quarter, as reported by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Seco) on Thursday.
