Hundreds of young people at illegal rave party in Vaud

Hundreds of young people have been dancing since Friday evening at an unauthorized rave party above Villeneuve VD in the municipality of Corbeyrier/Hongrin VD. The police blocked access to keep newcomers out.
The entrances to La Lécherette, Corbeyrier and Yvorne were closed to prevent other people from getting to the illegal party, a spokesman for the Vaud cantonal police told the Keystone-SDA news agency on Saturday.
The police will end the celebration "within a certain period of time". The spokesperson did not want to say how long this would take.
