CH Media on the energy shell decree

On their websites, the online editions of the CH media newspapers analyze the Yes vote on the energy decree as follows:
"An interpretation [of the clear 'yes'] can begin at a variety of points. (...)
1. the Swiss electorate is behind renewables. (...)
2. the approach was right: needs were defined in a round table, and Parliament translated these cleverly into laws. (...)
3. a yes vote of this clarity also came about thanks to the Greens and nature conservation associations. Their attribution as stubborn obstructionists is not correct in its absoluteness. (...)
4th SVP National Councillor Magdalena Martullo-Blocher, still victorious at the delegates' meeting, has lost her way. (...) After his first voting Sunday, party president Marcel Dettling fails to prove that he is a stronger figure than his predecessor Marco Chiesa.
5 Since the CO2 referendum, the SVP has been surrounded by the aura of a decision-maker in energy policy. But when the other parties join forces, it remains an outsider."
