A historic inn in Schleitheim in the canton of Schaffhausen is on fire.
This was reported by the warning app Alertswiss early on Tuesday morning. The fire caused a lot of smoke. It was apparently the "Gasthaus zur Post", which has been in the village since 1870. Further details on the cause of the fire and the deployment of the fire department and rescue services were not initially known.
