A tornado passed through the region of La Chaux-de-Fonds NE on Monday afternoon. The Neuchâtel Cantonal Police confirmed this to the news agency Keystone-SDA. So far, no casualties have been reported. "The damage is considerable," the police added. Numerous calls were received. The intensity of the gusts uprooted trees.
