The Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Protection (BAZG) recently launched the electronic highway vignette, which can be purchased through the official portal for 40 Swiss Francs. Since its launch, 23,500 vignettes have been sold. The BAZG warns against other providers who charge more for the e-vignette. If an e-vignette is purchased mistakenly or erroneously before Monday, August 7th, the price will be refunded. However, for those purchased after Tuesday, August 8th, no money will be refunded according to the National Road Tax Law. Those who already have a sticker vignette for 2023 do not need to purchase a new one.nnnn
