Zurich Airport clinches the prestigious ASQ Award and the World Travel Awards title, reinforcing its status as Europe’s leading airport in the 25 to 40 million passenger category.
Zurich Airport remains a European leader: for the sixth time in a row, the local airport has received the ASQ Award for “Best Airport in Europe in the 25 to 40 million passengers category”. It also once again took first place in its category at the World Travel Awards.
“We are delighted that we have once again won two of the most prestigious awards in our industry,” said CEO Lukas Brosi in a press release on Monday. It is very important for Zurich Airport to ensure high quality for passengers and this requires good cooperation between all partners.
The ASQ Award is reportedly presented annually by Airports Council International (ACI) World, the international umbrella organization of airport operators, and is based on customer surveys.
The award recognizes airports around the world that offer the best customer experience based on passenger opinion. The survey includes 34 different categories such as infrastructure, security control, catering facilities and hygiene measures.
