One Dead and Two Seriously Injured in Traffic Accident in Vaud.

A tragic accident occurred in Aclens VD on Friday morning when a car and a truck collided head-on. The driver of the car, a 19-year-old Frenchman with residence in France, died at the scene despite the quick intervention of the rescue teams. Two other passengers of the car, aged 19 and 33, were seriously injured and were flown to a hospital by helicopter. The driver of the truck, a 25-year-old Portuguese with residence in the Canton of Waadt, remained unharmed. An investigation has been launched by the prosecutor's office to determine the exact circumstances of the accident.nnnnnnnnnnnnnn
