Zurich farmers hold on to their marches

The Zurich farmers have not expressed their "complete satisfaction" with the announced milk price increase of 3 centimes from July. They are therefore holding on to their marches on Friday evening.
In Affoltern am Albis, Bülach and Hinwil, they are showing their uncertainty, according to the Zurich Farmers' Association. This is because the milk price increase is not immediate and the "unjustified price reduction of 2 centimes from the beginning of the year" has not been reversed.
Nevertheless, it is a step in the right direction. The increase shows that the BO recognizes the tense situation for farming families and that peaceful dialogue is paying off. That is why the farmers also wanted to carry plaques thanking them for the price adjustment in the evening.
