Fan work shows a lack of understanding for the introduction of the cascade model

The fan work of the Super League football clubs Basel, Bern, Lucerne, St. Gallen, GC and FC Zurich reacts with incomprehension to the cascade model that will apply from next season. Apparently simple repressive solutions are not compatible with a differentiated and broad-based dialog.
The standardized division of the cascade model into different phases with rigid terminology in no way does justice to the complexity of incidents, the organizations active in fan work announced on Friday.
The cantonal justice and police directors (KKJPD) are ignoring scientific findings. They disregarded the opinions of experts, legal concerns and practical experience.
Match days with collective measures would have led to a deterioration in the security situation on the journey to and in the stadium. The desired effect did not materialize.
In addition to the fan work, the Swiss Football League and the clubs also unanimously reject the model. Despite this, the KKJPD insists on the cascade model and is introducing it for the coming season. It justifies this with the need to react to massive excesses.
