The Solothurn cantonal police have arrested a suspect who allegedly shot a teenager of the same age in Kappel SO on Saturday evening. The provisional arrest was made on Sunday in Hägendorf SO.
As part of the investigation, a suspect, a young man of the same age, was identified, according to a statement issued by the Solothurn cantonal police on Sunday evening. According to the latest findings, the people involved knew each other. The exact course of events and the background are now being investigated.
According to the police, the victim was found lying injured on the ground in a district of Kappel on Saturday evening. After immediate first aid, the teenager was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
