Bus service in Bern picks up speed again

After the snowfall of the last few hours, the situation in Bern has slowly eased. Shortly before nine o'clock, the transport company Bernmobil announced that buses were slowly starting to run again, with the exception of a few lines. However, a little patience is still required.
Streetcar services will remain suspended until midday, according to a Bernmobil post on the X platform (formerly Twitter).
Difficult conditions continued to prevail on the highways and roads, especially in the Bern area, on Monday morning, with traffic jams, according to TCS traffic reports.
There were also still restrictions on rail traffic on Friday morning, for example at Bern station or in the Gümligen area, according to information from Railinfo.
