Logitech is making computer games more attractive for the deaf and hard of hearing: sounds such as footsteps or gunshots in the games are displayed as visual effects. This allows the deaf or hard of hearing to recognize from which direction the sounds in the game are coming by means of several light bars on the screen.

To this end, the manufacturer of computer accessories has entered into a partnership with the technology company Airdrop Gaming, as the Swiss company announced in a press release on Tuesday. Airdrop's Audio Radar technology will now be offered as a visual sound solution on the Logitech platform.
