26-year-old killed in Wohlen AG – two minors arrested

A 26-year-old Swiss man was fatally injured during an argument between several people in Wohlen AG on Sunday night. According to the police, the victim succumbed to the stab wounds on the spot. Three suspects were arrested.
The detainees were two 16-year-old Italians and an 18-year-old Macedonian, said Bernhard Graser, media spokesman for the Aargau cantonal police, when asked by the Keystone-SDA news agency. The police were deployed to Wohlen at 02.30 am.
Residents had heard noise and shouting outside the victim's home during the night. When the police arrived, they found the seriously injured man lying on the ground. He died on the spot despite the rescue efforts of an ambulance team.
The background to the killing was initially unclear. The Argus special unit was also deployed. The Argoviatoday portal first reported on the homicide.
