41-year-old man seriously injured in a fight with another man in Ticino

A man was seriously injured with a knife during an argument in an apartment in Balerna in southern Ticino on Thursday evening. A 36-year-old man inflicted a stab wound on the 41-year-old victim's arm. The injured man was taken to hospital.
The two men involved are Swiss nationals living in the region, as reported by the Ticino cantonal police on Friday. The authorities are now investigating attempted murder and grievous bodily harm.
